Somerhill Clementine

FINALLY!   A nice red doe from Handsome & Shaelah.   At 2 months, there is
very little I would change about her.  Excited to put her on the show table this fall!

Somerhill Tiger Lily.
Maple Glen Russet (red) x Somerhill Whitehorse (rew) Born 3-25-18. Both parents are registered, and have 1 leg each. Lily was shown last month, and got excellent comments from Stacy Easton-Martin. She remarked that although her torn ear was a DQ, she would make an excellent brood doe. I agree - she has great shoulders, depth and width, with round full, smooth hindquarters all the way to the table. Promising density, wool length, and sheen. If I did not keep such a small rabbitry, I'd keep her! $75 with pedigree.

Fury's babies

Fury's babies are opening their eyes now.  She has 2 reds and 3 coppers by Russet.
The little guy in the center back is a foster chinchilla from Silver City and Spikenard.
If I were going to guess, it looks like 2 copper bucks, one copper doe, 2 red does,
and the little chinchilla is a doe, too.

Somerhill Copperbelt

Somerhill Copperbelt.  3-25-18.  Copper junior doe
She was BOB under Stacey Easton Martin out of 23 rabbits, and first in a class of 6 junior does in the other show..
Sire is Maple Glen Russet (red) and dam is Somerhill Whitehorse (REW-1 leg)
I am keeping her around for a while to help out my red program.

Oh great - some new hosta eaters have arrived

The new fawns are starting to arrive.    We have a love/hate relationship going.  The deer love to eat our flowers, and we hate it.  L...
