We're Baaaaaaack!

The crazy wrens are back. Every year, they fill Chuck's tool bins with moss, and build a nest in the rabbitry somewhere. This one was completed yesterday, and is a piece of art. I hope they use it, I enjoy having the little nuts around.

Prepping for Great Lakes Fiber Festival in Wooster, OH

Cabin fever?  Spring fever?  Whatever it is, I have gotten the "bug" to work with fibers again.  I have 3 batches of roving ready to have processed.  They will be limited editions - blends of CVM, kid mohair, suri alpaca, peace silk, and of course  SATIN ANGORA.    They are all natural colored; a red, a chocolate, and a silvery grey.
If the festival is cancelled, I will still have these available here on the website.

I have a BFL fleece in the wash tub right now, and a gorgeous BFL/CVM cross fleece drying.  They will probably be dyed in pastels and blended with white Satin Angora.

Next, to start washing and dyeing BFL locks.

New REWs

Welcome to Somerhill, MMR Winter Wonderland.

I decided to get her brother, too.  This is MRR Winter Knight.  He is available for sale.  I would not mind keeping him around to show for a while.
