I enjoy reading your blog, but haven't commented before. I was struck by the pictures of the valley. I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, but left for the Navy at age 17 (many moons ago) and never returned and remember my neck of the woods as flat, flat, flat, like here in my part of North Texas.
