These grow in profusion along Rt 7 just off I-77. They are in the ditch surrounding the Shoney's restaurant. We had breakfast there this morning, and admired them.

Those are beautiful and you helped me identify a flower we saw along the shore at Hoover last night. We have Lord Baltimore Rose mallow in the yard. I got the plant for my birthday last year.
