Fall Lamb Chops


Lamb Chops
2 T Soy sauce
1/2 c Apple cider
Olive oil
1/2 T onion powder (or garlic)
parsley flakes
coarse ground pepper

Coat baking dish with olive oil. Arrange lamb chops, then sprinkle with soy sauce, apple cider, and shake on the onion powder, parsley flakes, and coarse ground pepper to taste. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes until chops are browned.
