1 pound ground rabbit
1oz package dry ranch dressing packet
1/4 cup Helmans mayo
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into 4-5 patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side.
Serve the burgers on Hawaiian buns and top with Dijon mustard.
