Now I think I'm hooked
My second attempt at dyeing skeins. Did I mention this is BFL lambswool. Its so incredibly soft, and the colors just glow in person. I used burnt orange, fuscia, yellow, and kelly green in this skein. The pink is a richer color (not so PINK!) in person - exactly the color that "burning bushes" turn in the fall.

That is skein is fabulous. What luster! Did you do the spinning?
Its BFL lambswool that I sent to Deb at Stonehedge for spinning. I realy think she does a wonderful job! It could not be any softer.
Yup, another beautiful color combination Lisa! Have you ever tried dyeing your skeins for vertical striped socks? It's really cool how the colors zig and zag when you knit them up. What you do is figure out the length of one round of your sock, then make your skeins that size and then dye them.
I really like this color combo.
Way cool Lisa!!!! I think I have to try that.
The colors on the yarn look so rich! looking at it is seems to be begging to be knitted! I wish I could learn how to dye. I need to find some workshop to attend.
